CILR was originally formed as a membership non-profit corporation.
Over the years it has matured to a community based organization providing assistance and advice to other organizations while carrying out its mandate.
The Board of Directors of the Council for Innovation and Learning Regina effective September 1st, 2008 has been disbanded and the organization dissolved as per a vote of the General Membership.
Originally operating as an unincorporated association since April of 2001 CILR was formally incorporated as a non profit organization in October of 2002.
Annual General meetings were held in the Fall of each year with the last General Meeting held August 31st, 2008 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
